ABOUT
Hi there! I’m Julia Kartcheva and I’m a visual development artist & illustrator from Chicago, IL. I have a love for learning new art styles, working on concept design for characters, and experimenting with bold colors.
I most recently worked with the Lucasfilm Animation design team to create production-ready concepts and artwork. Prior to that, I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Animation. During my time at SCAD, I acted as an art director on several larger scale collaborative projects such as “Hex Limit” and “Tea Dragons.”
